The programme started with welcoming VC sir with flowers, and the EEE Club of EUB welcomed the freshers students with cheers and smiles. Prof. Dr. Engr. Md. Hazrat Ali, Chairman of the EEE Department, chaired the formal session. The gathering included faculty, students, club members, and honored guests, among them Prof. Dr. Md. Ghulam Murtaza, Acting Vice Chancellor.

Short and inspiring speeches: Md. Asaduzzaman Sarker (Senior Lecturer & Coordinator) welcomed the audience and distinguished guests, warmly greeted the freshers, and bid farewell to the graduates. Md. Emdadul Haque (Director, Program Coordination) motivated students to stay determined, work hard, and support each other. Prof. Dr. Engr. Md. Abul Kalam Azad (Director, IQAC) delivered a valuable talk on academic quality, continuous improvement, and good learning habits. Dr. S. M. Zobayer Enamul Karim (Registrar) explained how the administration supports students and why following academic procedures matters. Md. Mosharaf Hossain Sarker (Treasurer) spoke about financial support for student initiatives and urged responsible participation. Md. Hasan Mahamud Siddiki, Former President, EEE Club of EUB gave a heartfelt and inspiring speech about student life and club activities, encouraging freshers to join clubs, develop skills, and take leadership roles. Finally, Prof. Dr. Md. Ghulam Murtaza (Acting Vice Chancellor) congratulated the new students and encouraged them to use EUB’s resources fully.

A memorable moment was when the EEE Club presented a crest to the Acting Vice Chancellor as a token of respect and welcome. After the addresses, Prof. Dr. Engr. Md. Hazrat Ali delivered closing remarks for the formal session, thanking everyone for their participation and support.
